This 20 Pound Capacity Manual Vertical Sausage Stuffer is the perfect appliance for any hunter who wishes to turn big game meat into tasty sausage. The 20 lb capacity saves time and makes it suitable for processing a successful hunt. This model features a heavy duty stainless steel cylinder with two speeds, one for stuffing, and a high speed for removing the plunger for fast refills. The slow stuffing mode ensures that air does not get into the sausage. The 100% stainless steel cylinder nylon piston with air exhaust valve seals off tightly against the cylinder (plunger) to keep meet from entering. It is spring loaded so the valve will close when in operation, and re-open when not to release air. This feature drastically reduces any air pockets that could enter the casing while stuffing, and allows big game hunters to create their own professional quality sausage. Rubber legs prevent slipping for safe and interruption-free operation. This model comes with 4 bayonet-style funnels so the customer can create everything from snack sticks to summer sausage.
